The Covideo integration for Elead is the easiest and most convenient way to record, send and track videos directly within your Elead CRM. If you are experiencing trouble when trying to log in to your Covideo account within your Elead CRM, there may be a couple different reasons why. So, let's get started!

Not integrated yet? To integrate Covideo and Elead, speak with the administrator at your dealership or your account manager at Covideo.

Some browsers may have a privacy setting in place that blocks websites, such as Elead, from loading 3rd party cookies. Follow the steps below to allow an exception in Chrome's settings to allow Elead to load 3rd party cookies.

Step 1: Open up the Chrome Settings by clicking on the three vertical dots at the top right of the browser window. Then, click on "Settings".

Step 2: Click on "Privacy and security"

Step 3. Open up "Cookies and other site data".

Step 4. Turn Send a "Do not track" request with your browsing traffic on or off. Make sure it's toggle to be off so that cross-site tracking DOES happen.

Step 5. Scroll down to the option that says "Sites that can always use cookies". Click "Add".

Step 4: Add  [*.]eleadcrm.com exactly as shown. Check the box the says "Including third-party cookies on this site". Click "Add".

Once added, you will be able to log in to Covideo through Elead.

If you are on an iPad you will want to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open your Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Safari.

Step 3: Under Privacy & Security, turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies”.

Current Covideo Users: Use this link or the button below to contact your Account Manager about the Elead Integration. You will be prompted to log in to your account and will then be directed to an Elead integration page. From there, click the orange button to send a question, note, or message to your Covideo contact (pictured below).
