If you are recording videos but do not hear any sound, you may have to check a few settings to ensure your microphone is working properly. See below for some troubleshooting steps to take on mobile and the Covideo website.
Covideo Website:
Step 1. Make sure your volume on your computer is turned up and on.
Step 2. In your Covideo account, click Record>Recording Settings to check your camera and audio sources.
Make sure your microphone is selected from the Covideo mic/camera settings.
Step 3: Make sure you are in a compatible web browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
MOBILE APP:
Step 1: Ensure the Covideo app has permission to access the microphone on your device. To take a look at your phones permissions settings, click here for iPhone, or here for Android. See examples below for iPhones and Androids.

Step 2: Make sure your Covideo mobile app is up to date and running the most recent version.
Step 3: Make sure a Bluetooth device is not interfering.
Step 4: Make sure your phone is not in silent mode or that the volume is not turned down.
If the problem continues, try restarting your phone, checking for software updates, or reinstalling the app.
Google Chrome Extension:
Make sure your volume on your computer is turned up and on.
Make sure before you record to check your video and audio sources. Underneath the screen, camera, and both options, click on the microphone icon.
Make sure your microphone is selected from the drop-down list.
