If you have just recorded a video and do not hear any sound, you may have to check a few settings to ensure your microphone works properly.
Are you on a web-based recorder?
Make sure your volume on your computer is turned up and on.
In your Covideo account, click on the gear icon at the top right of your web-cam to check your camera and audio sources.
Make sure your microphone is selected from the Covideo mic/camera settings.
Make sure you are in a compatible web browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
Are you using our Google Chrome Extension?
Make sure your volume on your computer is turned up and on.
Make sure before you record to check your video and audio sources. Underneath the screen, camera, and both options, click on the microphone icon.
Make sure your microphone is selected from the drop-down list.
Are you using our Covideo Mobile App?
Make sure the Covideo app has permission to access your phone's camera and microphone.
You can go into your phone settings>apps>covideo app>app permissions>make sure Covideo is allowed to access your camera, microphone, and all other options.
