Uploading and processing times can vary on a few things:
Your current upload speed
The format of your video
File size
If you are on the most up to date software
Internet bandwidth
Upload traffic
If you think that your video is taking too long to upload/process, you might be experiencing a slow internet connection or internet connection interruption.

My video has been stuck in processing for more than 10 minutes...
After 10 minutes, you need to delete your video, but don't fret!
You shouldn't have to re-record that video if it's an existing video on your phone or done via our mobile app with the "Save Recorded Videos" setting turned on. See below for more information on how to turn on the "Save Recorded Videos" setting. You will be able to re-upload that copy of the video by clicking on the cloud icon on your mobile app.
Slow Internet Connection
Check your internet connection/WIFI.
One of the main reasons the uploading/processing step takes a long time is because your internet connection is too slow or unstable.
Be sure to use the https://speedof.me/ site to test your uploading speed. We require an upload speed of at least 2 MBPS.
Internet Connection Interruption
Your Internet connection can be interrupted for several reasons.
Your router or modem may be going bad.
Your Internet service provider might have intermittent server issues.
Your Wi-Fi network could be experiencing interference from a new source, which could reduce your signal strength.
Someone may have cut your cable or DSL connection.
If any of these occur, your video may not be able to move forward from this step.
If a video has been stuck in processing for longer than 10 minutes, AmazonWebServices will time out the connection, and the video will never finish processing.
You will need to delete the video stuck in processing, but don't worry.
You shouldn't have to re-record that video if it is an existing video on your phone or done via our mobile app. You will be able to re-upload that copy of the video by clicking on the red record button in your mobile app. If you are on the new recording flow, your camera will immediately open and give you the option to upload a video from your Gallery. If you are on the old recording flow, you will see an option to "Upload Videos". If you are in an area with stronger WIFI/cellular connection, you will be able to reupload the video.
How to turn on the "Save Recorded Videos" setting
Step 1. Open the Covideo mobile app.
Step 2. Tap More (bottom right corner).
Step 3. Go to App & Video Settings.
Step 4. Toggle the Save Recorded Videos option to ON.
