Covideo Mobile App Updates

New Features

  • Multi-language Support: Spanish, French. Expanded our localization capabilities to include full support for Spanish and French across the entire mobile apps, both iOS and Android. Users can switch their interface language preference in the profile settings.

Enhancements

  • Lead Card Adjustments

    • We’ve merged Covideo communications and video history into a single, streamlined Activity Section on the Lead Card. No more switching views to see how a lead interacted with you.

    • Custom Date - Range Calendar in Leads: Flexibility to pick specific date ranges when searching through leads, giving you total control.

  • Improved Support & Troubleshooting for Admins

    • We’ve brought the "Login As" functionality to mobile. Admins can now securely log in to a user’s account directly from the mobile app.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where changing the language to any language other than English caused an app to show a black screen


Covideo Backoffice Updates

New Features

  • Multi-language Support: Spanish, French. Expanded our localization capabilities to include full support for Spanish and French across the entire Backoffice. Users can now switch their interface language preference in the profile settings

Enhancements

  • "+1" is automatically added to users profiles during the import process to any blank phone field. This eliminates the "missing country code" headache and saves users from manual data cleanup and ensures consistent phone number formatting.

  • The first letter always capitalized when a user starts typing a title of the video. Keep your content tidy and looking sharp!

  • Videos are now marked as sent if you copy the CRM Code on the share tab.

  • Enlarged video player and consistency of buttons on the landing pages

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where users were receiving duplicate email notifications when reaching their email limits. You will now receive a single, timely alert.

  • Reduced the load time for the Conversations page. Default view filters it to the last 7 days of your own activity.
