When it comes to emailing from Covideo's Outlook add-in, it's important to know the difference between the "To," "CC," and "BCC" fields. We'll break them down below:

  • "To" -BCC's every person. Each recipient will not see the other's email addresses.

  • "CC" -BCC's every person. Each recipient will not see the other's email addresses.

  • "BCC" -Copies every person in the "To" or "CC" field once per recipient. We recommend only using this field to BCC your CRM or other external systems. If an email address is placed in this field, it will be copied once per recipient but will not be seen by the recipient.

For the most accurate tracking, you will want to place everyone in the "To" field.
