The company folder allows users on the same account to share videos.
If a video is placed in the company folder, users will access the video and copy it to their primary folder.
Once they download it to their account, they can email and share or download the video to their desktop.
To access the company folder at the top of your video library, drop down the folder menu, and select "company folder."
Step-by-Step: How to Access Your Company Folder
Step 1. Log into your Covideo account
Click on the "primary" dropdown menu to see other video folders (see picture below).
Step 2. Click on the folder icon
Click on the folder icon to move it to your primary video library, or click download to save it to your computer.

Step 1. Click on the checkbox to the left of the video.
Click "Move/Copy" at the top of your page.
Step 2. Select the company folder and move it into that folder.
Check the box if you want to keep a copy of the video in your primary folder.
