With Covideo, you have the ability to create and schedule in depth reports on your users that will give you a variety of information on how they are using their account. The custom reports tab gives you the freedom to pick and choose which aspects of Covideo you would like to see. 

To do this, you will follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Tools>Video Reports> Custom Reports.
  2. Then Click "New Report"
  3. Set up your report according to your specifications 
  4. Click "Run Report" at the top once finished.

So what do each of Report Data Columns mean?

 

Account Holder Name: The name of the individual user on your account. 

Department: Department comes from the profile information.

Status: The status of the user whether that be active or inactive

Sign up date: The date the user was added to the account. 

Number of New Videos: The number of new videos recorded or uploaded.

Last Login: The date the user last logged into their Covideo account.

Total Views: The number of total views.

Sent: The number of videos sent from our Covideo system.

Delivered: The number of videos with the status of delivered in the inbox.

Opened: The number of videos with the status of opened in the inbox. 

Played: The number of each individual video played. So you may have 15 videos played out of 30 newly recorded videos. Now even if one video was played 5 times, it will still only count toward 1 time in this column.

*The number of delivered, opened, bounced, etc. should add up to the sent column.
