Here's how to check your Covideo Mobile App permissions:

To take a look at the Covideo apps permissions on your iPhone, open the Settings app, and scroll down to the list of apps at the very bottom. They should all be in alphabetical order. Tap on the Covideo app, and you’ll see the permissions it wants access to.

We recommend having all of the permissions toggled to the "on" or green position and Photos set to "All Photos".
