How to use the Covideo mobile app.
Our mobile app makes creating and maintaining relationships with your customers as simple as 1-2-3. It also allows you to record and send personalized videos while on the go.

Step by Step: How to use the Covideo Mobile App
1. Log into your Mobile App
Once logged into the Covideo mobile app, you can either record a new video or press the "X" at the top right to access your library.
If you want to record a new video, press the red button to record and save your video. Before you upload your video, make sure you give it a title so you can find it in your video library.
2. Decide what you want to do with your video
Use the search bar at the top of your video library to locate your video.
Once you find the video, you have the option to add it to a folder, email the video, share your video, download, or grab the CRM code.
3. Check your phone's permissions
If you are having issues with your Mobile App, please check the settings.
