If you have administrative or supervisor access, adding a user to your account is simple. Just follow these steps below: 

  1. Click on "My Account"
  2. Click on "Manage Users"
  3. Click on "Add User"
  4. Fill out all of the necessary information about that user
  5. Click "Save"

And you're done! Just make sure they get set up with the proper video landing page and calls-to-action buttons before they start to send out videos. You also can set the defaults for the entire company by clicking on the "Set Defaults" tab. Please let us know if you have any questions!
