When recording a video with the Covideo Outlook Add-in, we must give the video time to be properly encoded to playback on various devices (iPhone, iPad, Android).

To do this, the email may have a scheduled delivery time of about 3-5 minutes, hence the reason the emails can be seen sitting in your outbox.
