Covideo Mobile App
Enhancements
Improved Device Low Storage Warnings: To keep your workflow smooth, the app now proactively checks your device storage in multiple places during the video making process. If you drop below the required 2GB of free space, you'll get a heads-up before you start recording, apply 'Denoise', or preview your edits.
Record and Send Flow Improvements
Instant Upload & Send: A new 'Upload and Send' option on Lead Cards instantly uploads your video and jumps straight to the Send & Share screen, saving you valuable time.
Quick Video User Experience Improvements: We’ve given Quick Videos a cleaner UI with a much larger preview area and added a dedicated 'Send' button directly to each video card.
Opt-In Visibility: We now fetch and display up-to-date SMS & Email opt-in statuses directly from your CRM. (Note: Actual opt-in requests are still handled via your CRM).
Mandatory Fields for Email and SMS: The Email 'Subject' and 'Message' fields, and the SMS 'Message' field are mandatory, including clear visual required indicators on the UI.
Autofocus Indicator: A yellow square will now appear right where you tap on the screen, letting you know exactly where your camera has locked focus.
Add a Profile Picture to My Profile: Put a face to the name! You can now add, zoom, crop, and rotate a profile picture directly in the app to display on your landing pages.

Enforced SSO
To increase account security, if Single Sign-On (SSO) is activated for your account, standard Covideo credential login will be disabled. SSO is now strictly enforced.

Bugfixes
Resolved an issue where video captions failed to transcribe for files located in shared folders
When duplicating a video, the status is now correctly reset to "Not Sent" instead of carrying over the status from the original video.
Resolved an issue where videos selected via multiselect could not be deleted. The mass deletion tool is now fully functional.
Resolved a subscription permission error where Pro Plan users were incorrectly restricted from using the copy/paste arrow feature on desktop. Full access to this feature has been restored for all eligible accounts.
Resolved an issue where clicking "View More Insights" from the weekly email report redirected users to a dashboard showing zeroed-out data. The link now correctly carries over the report's timeframe and displays accurate statistics immediately upon arrival.
Resolved an issue where the Repair Orders tab would appear empty upon initial loading. The list now correctly populates with data for the default "Last 7 days" timeframe immediately, without requiring users to manually toggle filters to trigger the view.
Resolved an issue where users marked as Inactive remained "Enabled" for the Weekly Report. The system now automatically disables the Weekly Report status upon user deactivation, ensuring former users are correctly removed from all mailing lists.
Resolved an issue in the Template Editor where paragraph spacing and line breaks were lost upon insertion into the email composer. Templates now correctly preserve their original formatting and spacing, whether the text was typed manually or pasted into the editor.
Resolved an issue where duplicate lead entries were causing inaccurate percentages in the Leads Report.
Fixed a delay in lead delivery that prevented new VIN Solution leads from appearing in the app in real-time.
Resolved an issue where the animated GIF preview was lost when duplicating or copying a Flex video. Duplicated videos now correctly preserve all visual elements, including the original GIF.
Resolved a pluralization issue in the Notification Center to ensure time-based phrases (e.g., "1 hour ago" vs. "4 hours ago") display correctly.
