Mobile app release

Features / Enhancements

  • Formatting Phone Numbers. Ensured phone numbers entered when adding users are validated and formatted correctly for US, Canada, and Puerto Rico country codes

  • Undo First Clip. Added the ability to undo the first clip in the recording flow, making it easier to add and remove clips quickly.

  • Folders and Shared Folders Redesign. Introduced Default Folders, automatically added to all new accounts created after release.

    • Sales Managers (CDS) and Company Admins have edit rights; other roles have view-only access by default.

    • Users with edit rights can: upload, delete, archive, and manage videos within these folders.

    • Default folders include: Vehicle Walkarounds, Appointment Reminder, Lead Introductions, Post-Sale Thank You, Follow-Ups, and Marketing Videos.

    • Enhanced Shared Folders functionality.

      • Folders can now be shared with OEM, Organization, Company, Role, Department, Individual Users, and User Access types.

      • Folder owners have full control, including managing access and updating content.

      • Users with edit rights can upload, delete, archive and manage videos within these folders.

Bug Fixes

  • Inventory Unavailable Issue. Resolved an issue where inventory was unavailable to BDC Automotive role users upon sending video

  • Watch Rate, Time Watched and Engagement Rate metrics. Updated the descriptions of the Watch Rate, Time Watched, and Engagement Rate metrics to clarify their definitions.

  • Sending images via SMS. Introduced an option to send images through SMS independently of the Files and Boards feature.

Bug Fixes

  • Processing Videos Not Deleting. Resolved an issue that prevented deleting videos while they were in the processing state.

  • Custom Reports Deactivated Recipients Removal. Resolved an issue preventing the removal of deactivated recipients in custom reports.

  • Title Issue. Corrected a display issue where the page title underline disappeared upon navigating past the first page.

  • SMS Issue. Fixed an issue where conversations were not visible when two users sent SMS messages to the same recipient.
