Video Thumbnail option added to “Copy CRM Code." We added a functionality to add a thumbnail when copying CRM code. Users will be able to choose between Video Thumbnail, Animated Snapshot, and option to add existing custom thumbnails.

Two New Share Methods - Share for SMS, Share for “Other." We have added two methods of sharing, option to Share for SMS, and Share for “Other”. Share for SMS immediately opens native SMS dialogue and allows the thumbnail to be visible while sharing. Option to Share for “Other” holds standard, existing sharing options, while the thumbnail support depends on the chosen sharing app / method.

Customer Conversation Updates. We have added an option to see the associated recipient’s name inside the SMS / Conversations page. In case there is no associated name, the recipient's phone number will be shown as default.

Teleprompter - Script Creation Enhancement. We have uplifted the Script creation process allowing users to Create a Script or choose an existing script to add to Teleprompter. Default selection is script creation.

Changes to Add User Section. We have made changes to the Add User section to make sure the workflow is seamless and more intuitive. The default Automotive role is now the Salesperson role, and we have added an option to “Ask user to change password upon initial sign in” in case the “Enter password manually” option is selected.

Toggling between stores. Fixed an issue where toggling or switching between stores triggered a white, unresponsive screen

Pixel issues

SMS Issue. Fixed issue where when texting directly from Covideo mobile app, the activity never logged inside the SMS section as new conversation.
