Covideo Updates

  • Copy videos as an Admin. We added a feature inside the My Team > User Details page for Admins to copy videos without it being counted as sent.

  • Edit Role for a user with multiple accounts. Added an option to edit User Role inside Admin > Manage users for users that have multiple active accounts.

  • Time Watch KPI under the Customers > Usage tab. Added Time Watched as a metric inside customize button that allows users to see the the amount of time videos have been viewed inside the Usage table.

  • Timestamp next to the date for the views. Added timestamp next to the date the video was viewed inside Video Analytics > Hotspot tab.

  • Custom Report table data and csv file alignment. Custom reports also can list users sorted by company name.

  • Roles filter inside the Usage page. Added ability to filter out users displayed, include all roles, exclude Admins and Supervisors, and exclude Admins and Supervisors with Zero Usage. This can be found under the Customer > Usage tab.

Bug Fixes

  • Manage Defaults - searching and choosing users auto-selects “All Users." Fixed bug where, while searching for users and choosing one or multiple users, all users were automatically selected.

  • Cell phone number not transferring while importing users. Fixed bug where the cell phone number was not transferring while importing user list with a cell phone number column selected.

  • Manage user count not updating until you refresh the page. Fixed bug where the user count was not updating in real time.

  • "Unauthorized" error message when trying to 'Copy to Primary' from a shared folder that was created by a reseller admin. Fixed issue where users would get an “unauthorized” message when copying videos to the primary folder despite having the copy rights.
