According to MailChimp, most people tend to open their emails in the morning, especially on business days with the peak time for opens being between the hours of 9am-11am in their own timezone. 


However, data also indicates that you could improve your results by sending out your emails sometime before that, during the very early hours of the morning, for instance so that the email is ready to be opened by the early risers on your list.
