We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your subscription, all you need to do is the following:

  1. Give our support team a call at 800-306-1445.
  2. Send an email to accounting@covideo.com with your name, company, and any reasoning behind the cancellation. We are always learning ways to improve and would appreciate any feedback. Be nice :)

Billing will be shut off the day we receive your cancellation, however, you will have access to your account for the remainder of the 30 days after your last billing date. For annual subscriptions, please provide 30 days prior written notice of termination. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more information and don't hesitate to reach out for further explanation.  

We wish you the best and are sorry that we were not a fit at this time. And, of course, we will be here with open arms if you ever decide to come back.
